For countries whose GNP is not as high as Europe's,
you cas ask for a special tariff that will be adapted to your country's GNP.

Complement: if your country has a very high GNP, you can participate in the rebalancing process by sending a donation to the Appel Fondation foundation, specifying that you are sending this donation to finance the registration of members whose country has a low GNP.
