TESLA'S
EXPERIMENT ON ELECTRICITY GENERATION
a short version of an article

In
a previous article, Anthony Hansen had shortly mentioned the
work Nichola Tesla had effected in Colorado Spring. This work
is not only wrongly understood nowadays, but often totally
unknown.
What was Tesla really doing?
Anthony Hansen explains that Tesla's activity was focussed
on the production of a special type of "clean" energy.
He enventually produced the best system ever for energy production:
the hydro-electric plant of the Niagara Falls, first energy
production unit in the world, using a re-usable clean energy.
But there was a weak point in this apparently perfect system.
As Tesla noticed, the weak point was the necessity to create
an electric wire network in order to send energy to the points
where it was needed. With several problems to solve:the very
high cost of it, plus a lot of ugly posts in the countryside,
and the loss of energy along the kilometres of wires.
This is how Tesla eventually ended up with its most important
discoveries: The Earth is a much more efficient electricity
transmitter than any electric wire.
Anthony Hansen mentions that telephonic communications also
could be transmitted through the ground, along with radio
and TV broadcasts. This would have been a great step in the
domain of communication and energy.
But how come this system was not utilised at all? Not because
it did not function! It's up to you to guess why.
Hansen gives a lot of good reasons for Tesla's system to function.
For instance, where does the energy go when thunderbolts strike?
Into the ground, of course. The planet is constantly accumulating
energy. Isn't it a giant rotating energy generator, with a
North pole and a South pole and full of electricity? We are
living and travelling on board the largest system of communication
and energy production, and we are not even conscious of it!

TESLA'S ELECTRIC FLYING PLATFORM
The
firts flying machine in the world (in years 1900)
a short version of an article by Anthony Hansen published
in NEXUS.
Nicola
Tesla was very productive in the domain or energy. The oscillator
he had built in Colorado Springs could produce 500,000 CV:
the ideal generator for the flying machine he had designed.
One evening, as Tesla was working on his machine, a farmer
noticed that there were thunderbolts between his horses' shoes
and the ground. The oscillator was functioning. It could be
seen as a huge 167 feet high tower structure with a metallic
sphere on top. The vertical column was made of iron and emanated
a purple light.
On night, says Anthony Hansen, Tesla entered a strange machine.
It looked like a 6 feet wide, 12 feet long and 2 feet high
wooden box. Inside, there were a whole lot of condensators
and wiring. The bottom was covered with a copper foil. The
front part was a big device, about 5 feet in diameter and
8 feet high. On top of it stood a metallic flag that was 6
feet high and 3 inches large, with a metallic ball that was
24 inches in diameter, and in the front, a small vertical
section.
Tesla manoevered the gears and with a strange noise the machine
flew off like Aladin's carpet, reaching 12 feet. As the oscillator
was augmenting its power, the machine was flying higher and
higher. Tesla continued its checking trip until he was 3 miles
away from its experimental station, when suddenly the farmer
came out looking for his horse, and discovered something incredible...
As the population had been warned against the dangers of electricity
considered as the work of the devil, the situation was unescapable
and Tesla was doomed to hell.
Anthony Hansen was told about this experiment by the farmer's
son, an 80 year-olded man he had known 12 years ago in Museum
Henry Ford, in Detroit, USA. And this encounter was decisive
for Hansen's researches about Tesla.

VIMANAS
IN ANCIENT INDIA

Vimanas
were known and used in ancient India. The four Vedas, the
Purana, the Ramayana and the Mahabbharata, the Jatakas dans
the Avadanas, the work of Kalidasa Asvaghosa Bhasa, and the
inscriptions of Asoka contain about 40 references on Vimanas.
The Visnupurana, the Vrhatsamhita and the Suryasiddhanta contain
essential weather reports for aerial navigation. The archaeological
discovery of a flying machine in Egypt proved the genuineness
of the Indian tradition.
The lexics of Amara, Sasvata, Visva, Halayuda etc. and the
technical work of
Samaranganasutradhara mention facts that suggests that the
designs of temples had been done from Vimana models.
The author of this historical survey is Pr. Dileep Kumar Kanjilal
MA., Ph.D (Cal), B. Litt (Oxon), ex researcher at the association
of the Universities of Commonwealth U.K., and a well known
member of West Bengal Senior Educational Service. He represented
India several times in international conferences and published
several works.
Several types of vessels are described: those for the Kings,
for the "Gods", and those used by the demons.
They use several propulsion modes. Different types of fuel
are described. Some of them had a speed similar to that of
our modern airplanes; others flew at the speed of thought.
The blueprints have been made out from the texts with the
helps of aeronautics engineers.
These Vimanas or "Rathas" were mostly used by Kings
in their journeys, or for reconnoissance flights, perilous
rescues, or during wars. Vedas even mention huge vessels and
even flying cities (Sabha) belonging to gods such as Indra,
Brahma, Rudra, Yama, Kuvera, and Ravuna. Their transported
smaller vessels and were completely autonomous with even a
vegetation and a controlled micro-climate.
They are described as made of woodpieces assembled with special
cement, with gold and silver, precious stones, perls and crystals,
sometimes moving with a noise like thunder. They looked like
palaces.
Indra is shown speaking to hundreds of "Vimanapala",
meaning "flying machine guardians".
In the Mahabarata, more than 10 types of acrobatic movements
of vimanas are describes, and the same number of weapon uses.
They contain different types of devices and gear, each one
with its precise name:
- A kind of telescope, a mirror to catch energy, a device
to reduce the body of the vessel, another to make it bigger,
a mirror to look at exterior destruction, an apparatus to
keep or suppress energy, another to perceive thunderbolts
and control their effects, a device to detect mines, another
to create artificial darkness, a pipe device to measure wind
pressure or introduce air into the airplane body; etc...
Conclusion of the author:
- The principle of the flight of apparatus heavier than the
air was known in India before the 12th century AD.
- The scientific environment necessary for the formation of
pilots was obviously present.
- Several varieties of supersonic and subsonic vessels were
used in the history of ancient India.
